Sometimes it feels like we just can't win.
Life is collapsing with fear.
We often feel anger creeping in,
and it feels too hard to bear.
Sometimes we just don't know who to trust,
or where to escape for peace.
Hope says "you have power to adjust,
let those hard feelings release."
No matter how many times you fail,
hope says, "Try again. Love more.
Ponder when life began to derail.
Try again with the Savior."
At the end of this maze we call life,
Hope says, "There's a better way;
A place with our God, with no more strife,
A sweet, bright eternal day."
